Studio Seahorse is a sole trader product studio operated by Vikram, based in Italy. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect:

- Your email address
- The message you send
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that require consent. If we add analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated.

We use your contact form submission solely to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, the legitimate interest of responding to business enquiries sent to us voluntarily.
5. How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions are stored for a maximum of 24 months from the date of receipt, after which they are deleted. You can request deletion at any time (see §6 below).
